Submission Rules

While we are glad you are considering submitting to our directory, we have a few terms you need to agree to prior to us considering your submission:

1. Your Submission MUST be a forum or be a website/blog that contains a forum unless you are submitting into the "Other Websites, Blogs & Directories" category. If your are submitting into the "Other Websites, Blogs & Directories", this term does not apply to your submission. The term "Forum" is defined as a community by where users can sign up and make/reply to topics and engage in discussions.

2. The link your are submitting MUST NOT contain (but not limited to) Warez, pornography, virus/Trojans/keyloggers or illegal mp3's or movies. Any submissions linking to sites found with this content will be rejected or removed from our directory.

3. You may only submit your link into this directory once. Submitting your link multiple times under numerous categories either under the same URL or a cloaking URL (.co.cc and .tk for example) will result in all links to that site being removed from this directory.

4. We reserve the right to remove your link if your site/forum becomes non-existent on the web for a prolonged period of time. No refunds for paid links will be given if your site is removed for this reason.

5. We reserve to remove links or reject submissions for any reason we feel is necessary. We will of course not remove links for the fun of it but there may be times when we have to remove links permanently or temporarily due to being against the terms here, for legal reasons or for the safety of our users.

6. All payments are processed through PayPal. This allows users to send payments to us securely and without sending us payment information. We can also accept payments through other methods if PayPal is not a possibility for you. If you would like to make a payment to us using a different method, please contact us through the contact page.

7. All payments sent to us and Non-refundable. In the event you purchase a paid link but we cannot accept your site in our directory, we will automatically issue a refund within 24 hours of rejecting your submission.

8. We will try and process all submissions within 24 hours of submission but please allow up to 7 days. If after 7 days, your link hasn't been accepted, please contact us through the contact page and we will look into it.

9. We will try to answer all emails sent to us in a timely manner. Please however allow up to 48 hours to get a reply.

10. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

These terms are needed to ensure we have a directory of quality links which will be beneficial to everyone.
